The user access tab determines what the user has access to in the iinsight system.

General

Can access the Options

The 'Options' menu is located on the top right menu. The user will access options such as Print options, Invoice Templates, Invoice Letterheads, and Notifications.

Can access the 'Other' lists

The lists feature is in the Options dropdown menu.

Can access the To Do list

This will allow access to the To Do list which is related to the iWorkflow.

Case List

Can access the Case list


This feature will allow the user to access the Case list main screen however users will not be able to view any cases, only create new cases.

Can access ALL cases


The 'Options' menu is located on the top right menu. The user will access options such as Print options, Invoice Templates, Invoice Letterheads, and Notifications.

Can access all cases assigned to this employee's team


Activating this checkbox will only show cases that are assigned to the user's team.

Admin

Can access the Admin section


This feature will allow the user to access the Admin>Manage User tab only

Can Access Own Employee Records


This permission is used to provide access for the user to see his record only not other users' records

Can access All Other Employee Records


This permission is used to provide access for the user to see all users' records, not his records

Can Access only Assigned Employee Records

This permission is used to provide access for logged users to see those user lists where the logged user is assigned to the HR Roles

Can access Admin>Archived/Deleted Cases

This permission is used to provide access for the user in the Admin section to monitor the Archived/Deleted cases globally

Can access Admin>All other Menus

This permission is used to provide the cess for the users to see all the Admin tabs excluding the Manage users tab

Timesheets

Can access the Timesheet

Allowing the user to access the Timesheets menu and features.

Workflow

Can access the Workflow section

Allowing the user to access the Workflow menu and features.

External Forms

Can access External Forms

Allowing the user to access the External Forms menu and features.

Charges

Can access the Standard Charges list

Allowing the user to access the Charges menu and features.

Appointments

Can access Appointments

Allowing the user to access his Appointments

Can access all employee's Appointments

Allowing the user to access the All user's Appointments

Can access appointments assigned to this employee's team

Allowing the user to access his assigned employee's team appointments

Companies

Can access the Companies' list

Allowing the user to access the Companies menu and features

Templates

Can access the Templates

Allowing the user to access the Templates menu and features

Reports

Can access the Reports list.

Allowing the user to access the Reports menu and features.

Restrict to the employee's assigned cases



Restricts the user to their assigned cases Only.

Finance

Can access the Finance list

Allowing the user to access the Finance Menu and features

User location

Can manage app notification monitoring notification

This permission is used to provide access for the user to the App Notification Monitoring tab

Can access user location

This permission is used to provide the access for the user to access the User Location module

Can access user movement

This permission allows the user to access the history of a user route and movement through the day

Can access all users

This permission is used to provide access for the user to see all users in the User Location module

Can access all team members for this employee's team

this permission is used to restrict the user to only see users in the User Location module that are a member of the same team(s) as them

Quicklinks

Can access Quicklinks

Allowing the user to access the Quicklinks menu and features
