IINSIGHT 6.6.1 brings you the below amazing key highlights:
IInsight Calendar View Enhancements
The home screen of the new appointment window will be similar to the below screenshot example, with the current date at the top and the total number of “events.” On the left-hand side, the time slot will be shown for the appointments. On the right-hand side, the team, employee, status, and category dropdown menus will be displayed. You can select the date from the top or from the calendar accordingly.
Employee and Overlay Views:
Users can select anyone of the options from the dropdown menu according to their needs - it can be daily, weekly, or monthly views.
Day/Employee View:
Shows the calendar with the employees selected from the employee dropdown menu. The total of appointments and the current date will be displayed at the top.
The day, date (MM/DD), and time is displayed for the selected date.
Day/Overlay View:
Will show the calendar with the employee name and the appointment for that employee only with the day and hourly time.
Week/Employee View:
Shows the calendar with the employee name/s and date. When we change the week of any of the employees the week will be changed for every employee. At the top, you can see the “Today” button which takes you to the current day.
Week/Overlay View:
Shows the week number and week start and end date with the time and the employee’s name. At the top, you can see the “Today” button which takes you to the current day
Monthly/Employee View:
Shows the calendar in the monthly format displaying the employee name where the user can see the month and year at the top. We can change the month and year using the sidebar button on the top. At the top, you can see the “Today” button which takes you to the current day
Monthly/Overlay View:
This shows the calendar in the monthly format where the user can see the month and year at the top. The current date will be highlighted in blue color. We can change the month and year using the sidebar button at the top. At the top, you can see the “Today” button which takes you to the current day
Agenda View:
The Agenda can be selected by clicking on the dropdown menu. We can select Agenda in day format for example, just by clicking on the checkbox - we can also use different formats for the created appointment.
When the user selects any format from the checkbox it should display the appointment in the same selected format where the user can see only see created appointments on that day or month etc.
The total number of appointments shows at the top of the appointment window for the selected option.
Year View:
When a user selects the year option from the dropdown menu it will show the yearly calendar as result. You can move to past years or future years just by clicking on the forward and backward buttons. At the top of the page, the current year and the total number of appointments will be shown. By clicking the “Today” button at the top it will take you to today’s date. The appointment date will display in color and can be identified easily.
Appointment dropdowns:
There are two types of appointments views in the dropdown list:
All Appointments:
All the appointments should be shown to the employee.
My Appointments:
Only appointments should be shown for the logged-in user.
Further, the appointments can be filtered based on the below selections.
Teams Selection:
Users can select the team from the Team dropdown menu to filter the appointment/s according to the team.
Employee Selection:
You can filter out the appointments related to the employee by choosing the employee’s name from the dropdown menu.
Status Selection:
Users can filter the status of the appointment by selecting the status of the appointment from the dropdown menu and the respective appointments should be shown.
Category Selection:
You can filter the appointments on the basis of category by selecting the type of category from the dropdown menu and it will be shown.
Filter Events:
Users can search the appointments using the filter which is present at the bottom right-hand corner. When you search the appointment by the title, and it’s present in the list the appointment/s will be highlighted in color.
Outlook Integration Enhancement:
After creating an appointment from Outlook, the Appointment status will be displayed as “Confirmed” in IInsight. Previously an Appointment status was displayed as “Not Confirmed” in IInsight after creating it from Outlook.
Tyro Enhancement:
We removed the application name on Option/Financial Settings /Tyro.
Location on Plans Enhancement:
We added a new field called Location on Plans and Programs (the values on the list are read from Admin>Manage Offices).
HR Roles New Enhancements:
In the Add Role window, when we add a new role for a user,
We get a pop-up window showing all the currently active roles for that particular user.
If we click on “Ok,” the new role is added for the particular user. On this screen, we also have an option to “Remove” the role of the user. We can click on the remove checkbox in front of an “Existing role” and select the “End date” of that role, once we click “Ok” that role is no longer active and has an “End date” attached to it. This role still shows in the role list and is useful to maintain the user role history.
In the HR Edit role window, we also have to option to set the end date for a Role.
Admin Section New Permissions
On the Admin/Manage Users/User Access/Admin section, we have added new granular permissions to enhance the Admin access, please follow the below-attached screenshot for the newly added permissions:
The functionality of the above-attached screenshot permissions:
“Can access the Admin section” permission:
After enabling the above-attached screenshot permission for the users then the users should be able to see only Admin/Manage Users tab and not all other tabs
Note: To verify the functionality of permissions available under the “Can Access the Admin section” permission we need to enable the “Can access Admin section” permission first.
“Can access only own Employee Records” permission:
After enabling the above-attached screenshot permission then the user should not be able to access all user records they will be able to access only their own record.
“Can access all Other Employee Records” permission:
After enabling the above-attached screenshot permission user should be able to access all other users but not access his own records.
“Can Access only Assigned Employee Records” permission:
After enabling the above-attached screenshot permission the logged user should be able to see those user lists where the logged user is assigned as Manager on the HR/Roles section
“Can access Admin > All Other Menus” permission:
After enabling the above-attached screenshot permission user should not be able to see the Manage Users tab but able to see the other Admin tabs
Combination of “Can Access only Own Employee Records” and “Can Access all Other Employee Records” permissions:
After enabling the above two permissions combinations user should be able to access his own record as well as all other users’ records
Combination of “Can Access only Own Employee Records” and “Can Access Only Assigned Employees Records” permissions:
After enabling the above two permissions combinations user should be able to access his own record as well as should be able to see those user lists where the logged user is assigned as Manager on the HR/Roles section
