The user modify tab determines what the user can change in the iinsight system.

Accountant

Can set bulk action costs

Can modify contractor's costs to indicate that the contractor's invoice has been paid

Contractor

Can create a contractor cost report

Can modify costs to indicate to Accountant that an invoice should be sent to Bill To and create a "Contractor Cost Report"

General

Can create invoices in batch (using the invoice generator)

Allowing the user to create invoices in a batch.

Can modify progress notes created by other employees

Note: BE CAREFUL NOT TO SET ALL PERMISSIONS ACTIVE IF YOU WANT FULL PERMISSIONS: Setting ALL permissions active will NOT give full permissions to a user, as some permissions are to 'Restrict' a user or 'Hide' from a user features of iinsight.
