IINSIGHT 7.1.0 Release Notes August 2024

We're excited to announce iinsight 7.1.0 introduces a powerful new Service Contract Field Layout feature!

This feature allows for different case field layouts per service contract, delivering more precise and relevant data management on your cases. Additionally, the New Case Wizard can now also be customized within these layouts, streamlining case creation and ensuring a more intuitive and efficient user experience!

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO EXISTING ELEMENTS...

As part of the features in version 7.1.0 please note that the current New Case window will change, as well as the Admin > Manage Fields area to support the creation of multiple "layouts".

New Case Window Changes

For the New Case window this will be arranged slightly differently with the Business Division and Service Contract required to be selected 1st prior to any other fields displaying (as this selection will control the layout required):

After entering the client details, the Bill To, Referrer and Employer contacts (as well as any other required contacts), are to be entered on the same "Contacts" section in the same way you would add them to a case directly, instead of being split across multiple pages:

The additional Employment, Referral and Bill To details can then be found on the following "Case Details" section:

Admin > Manage Fields Changes

In the Admin > Mange Fields area, this no longer has a single layout that is applied to the whole platform, and instead you can select / create multiple "Layouts".

By default upon release any of your custom field settings will be automatically applied to "Layout 1" for you.
