Referrer List

The Case List includes the field called "Referral Source" that enables the user to sort cases by the referrer's source.

Examples of referral sources are; insurers, employers, doctors, etc.

The field can be "enabled" through the Fields Edit button.

The case list export to Excel will include the referrer's name field if it has been enabled.

Search functionality is not yet available for the referrer's name.

Franchises

Franchises can be set up in iinsight so that business divisions or franchises can be run as individual entities but with management and reporting at a corporate level. The franchises are set up as separate business divisions.

Note: This feature must be enabled by Bizexpress as it requires a setup procedure. If you are interested in understanding how the franchise feature can be of value to you, please contact Bizexpress for further details.

Permission to view information will be enabled for a user to view specific information pertaining to their "franchise" in the following menus:

  • Case list

  • Companies

  • Finance

  • Reports

  • Quicklinks

  • Timesheets

Management of the following will still need to be actioned at the corporate level:

  • Admin

  • Charges

  • Options

  • Templates

  • Workflow

Setting up the user permissions for each user within a franchise is initially done at the Admin - Manager User menu.

In the example above, the franchise that is set up is Rehab Demo and NSW so the end user can only view the cases from Rehab Demo and NSW.

Billings by Employee & Case Reports

The Billings by Employee (grouped) & Billings by Case Reports show the time and value billed and grouped by employee or case against the chosen selection criteria.

There are three types of Billings by Reports:

  • Billings by Employee

  • Billings by Employee (Grouped)

  • Billings by Case

The Billings by Employee Reports can be grouped by the Case, Charge Code, Day, Month, Year, Activity, Team or Business Division.

By clicking the fields edit button when viewing a built report you can select the order and enable or disable the desired fields to be shown in the report; i,e; amount gst, employee gst, total, etc.

Billings by Employee Reports

The Billings by Employee report shows the time and value billed by the employee and the given selection criteria.

Each employee is listed and their expenses with the given selection criteria and selected fields for the report:

Billings by Employee Grouped Reports

The Billings by Employee Grouped report shows the time and value billed and grouped by employee against the selection criteria. Both Billings by Employee reports can be grouped by several items, as marked by the arrow below:

The reports can be grouped by the Charge Code or other specified fields such as Day, Month, Year, or Case.

Number of Cases Per Consultant

The Billings by Employee reports can be used to determine the caseload for each consultant over the selected period of time when Case is selected as the subtotal:

This will show the employee and their assigned cases with a total number of cases with expenses at the bottom.

Billings by Case Reports

The Billings by Case report shows the time and value billed and grouped by Case against the selection criteria.

Each case is displayed and each associated cost with the given criteria is grouped by case as shown:
