New User Interface Enhanced for Mobile Devices and Outlook for Windows Drag and Drop

We are very excited to show you the all new ease to use and modern iinsight User Interface design.

This new user interface has been built to fit mobile phones, tablets and desktops and enables you to get your work completed quicker and easier.

Besides the ease of use, the new user interface looks awesome as you can see in the following images showing the case list on 2 popular mobile phone brands:

This new design is now responsive to the device in use. If you have a tablet, you’ll experience iinsight in a tablet friendly interface as shown below:

A spacious new display for case tabs such as the Client tab is now available. Users can now have access to plenty of data without the need of scrolling:

An amazing new Billings Window design: IINSIGHT has a feature to enable users to record their own time spent on each cost regardless of the billed time.

A new billing window will be available similar to the example displayed below showing the Employee User Rate:

New Drag and Drop Feature

You can now drag an email and or any attachments directly into the iinsight Documentation Tab if you have a Windows PC.

Once you have installed the new Addon following the prompts and then re-opened Outlook again you will see an attachment window at the foot of each email showing the message file and any attachments (if there are any present) as per the below example showing an email and Word document attachment:

Using Google Chrome or Safari browsers you can simply drag the email and or just the attachment/s directly into the required case and the Multiple Document Upload Window will open in the Documentation tab in insight:

Select Upload Files and then Close and the upload will be completed:

The email and attachments then display in the Documentation Tab:

There is also a button in Outlook to ‘Show BE Software Addon’:

Or ‘Hide BE Software Addon’:

For any users that have Microsoft Office 2013 or above, you will need to go to the Add-Ins tab in Outlook to see the ‘Show/Hide Be Software Addon’ button as below:

If you change status from ‘Hide Be Software Addon’ to ‘Show BE Software Addon’, you only see the .msg file (email file) in your view the first time you do this as below:

You simply just need to expand the attachments window (by selecting the minimise/expand button above to the left of BE Software attachments) to see any other attachments. Once you have expanded the window once then all emails will show the .msg (email) files and attachments ok.

Case Notes Has a New Print to Word Feature

In the Case Notes tab there is a useful new Print to Word Button as below:
