IINSIGHT App

We have wonderful news to share with you! The new IINSIGHT App is now available in the Apple iTunes Store for iPhone users and the Google Play Store for Android users.

Phone and Tablet devices are included in the Apple and Android versions respectively.

We will be updating the www.iinsight.biz website with shortcuts to these links in the afternoon of Tuesday 05/12/2017.

There are also some enhancements to the Timesheets menu and the Case list menus in the mobile version and also some Timesheets enhancements on the Desktop version.

To navigate to the different Case Lists tabs and Timesheets menu/Logout (you can also select the 3 horizontal bars on the top left of the screen again shown earlier) such as the below example:

We have also made some enhancements to the Mobile Timesheets menu with filters hidden by default as below:

If you select ‘Show Filters’ as above you will then get the Timesheet filters displaying as per the below Timesheets mobile screenshot example:

You can now choose a Case Status Icon Colour linked to different case status options.

If you go to Options/Common Lists/Case Status drop down list/Highlight a Case Status such as Closed/Select Edit:

After selecting the Edit button for the Case Status you selected, you can choose the colour from the available choices and click ‘OK’ then ‘Save’:

The case status icon colour for the option you just selected will then be changed.
