We are very pleased to announce the release of the new iinsight 5.0.6.

Spring is in the air and iinsight is really blossoming as we have more exciting new features for you!

The main highlights of this new release are as below:

  • New look Login Screen – ‘Email Address’ Replaced with ‘Username

  • Faster Template Preview for Word and Excel Templates.

  • New Audit Log For Emailed DocumentsNow Shows in Case Logs.

  • Ability To Download a Copy of Word Documents without Installing Office Add-on on Desktop Computers.

  • Injured Worker’ replaced with ‘Client Name.’

  • Two new variables ‘Medicare No.’ and ‘Medicare Expiry Date’ have been added to Word add-on templates to enable Clients to Pre-populate their Templates/Forms.

New Look Login Screen - ‘Email Address’ Replaced with ‘Username’

The login screen now has a fresh new look and feel and ‘Email Address’ is replaced with ‘Username’ as per below screenshot for PC Image:

This is how the new login screen looks on mobile devices:

In the above image, on the left hand side there is an iPad II and iPhone 5 whilst on the right hand side there is a Samsung 10 inches Android Tablet and a Samsung Galaxy S3 phone.

Faster Template Preview for Word, Excel and PDF Templates

When you go the Templates Menu in iinsight there is now a faster Templates preview for Word and Excel:

There are 2 types of previews as below:

Word Document Preview:

Excel Document Preview:

New Audit Log for Emailed Documents – Now Shows in Case Logs

There is a useful new feature now when you create an email attaching documents you now get a note in the Case Logs.

If you are in the Documentation Tab and select Email Doc, after you have created the email, a related Note now appears in the Case Logs as per the below screen shots:

The Case Logs record the details of the email that was sent as below:

Ability To Download a Copy of Word Documents without Installing Office Add-on on Desktop Computers.

When you select Open Doc from the Documentation tab in the Case List without the Microsoft Office add-on for Windows installed you get the following error message as in the screenshot below:

However, now when you select Download Copy from the Documentation tab in the Case List without the Microsoft Office add-on for Windows installed the document can be downloaded.

When using Word 2010, you may see the read-only mode marked by the black arrow in the below screenshot:

'Injured Worker’ replaced with ‘Client Name’

The Term ‘Injured Worker’ has been replaced with ‘Client Name.’ This is shown in Case Notes Tab/ Print Option:

‘Injured workers Surname’ is also replaced with ‘Clients Surname’ in the Finance Menu New Activity/Item Screens:

Two new variables ‘Medicare No.’ and ‘Medicare Expiry Date’ have been added to Word add-on templates.

There are now 2 new variables called ‘Medicare No.’ and ‘Medicare Expiry Date’ available in the word Add-On Templates to enable you to pre-populate your Templates/Forms with Information entered onto iinsight:

The ‘Medicare No’ and ‘Medicare Expiry Date’ variables are populated (linked) from the Client Tab in the Case List as shown below:
