Awesome, Amazing, Creative, New Time Saving Feature to Drag and Drop Documents into iinsight in just 2 Steps!

Previously in iinsight there were 5 steps involved for Dragging Files into iinsight:

  • Step 1 - You had to go into the individual case you wanted to drag the documents into.

  • Step 2 - Then you had to go the Documentation tab:

  • Step 3 - Next you selected the Multiple Button.

  • Step 4 - Then you selected your files to upload from your Desktop or pc.

  • Step 5 – Finally you had to Drag the files into the Multiple Browser Window and Upload them.

That was the old but welcome to the new!

We are delighted to announce that we have cut the steps required for this process down to just 2 steps!!

  • Step 1 - Select 1 or more files from your Desktop or PC.

  • Step 2 – Drag the files directly into iinsight and drag them straight into any case you desire without having to go into the individual case.

A Multiple Document window automatically opens and the files are ready to be uploaded:

Additionally, for Windows users only who have the Outlook Addon Installed, you will be pleased to know that you may do this with emails also the same way by dragging the email and or its attachments directly into any case in 2 steps, as detailed earlier for documents:

Case Notes Formatting

We have also added another amazing new feature which is a new HTML Editor available in Case Notes to help you format your Case Notes in Bold, Italics, Underline, Strikethrough, Number list format and Bullet point format as per the below example when creating a new Case Note:

Once your case notes are formatted as above they will then show when you select the ‘Preview’ Button:

When you select the ‘Print to Word’ button you will also see the newly formatted Case Notes:

We have also included the Case Notes Formatting feature in other parts of the system including the Options menu/Clinical Notes Template tab:
