IINSIGHT 6.7.0 brings you the below amazing key highlights:
Case Alert Feature
Have you ever needed to add an Alert to a Case to provide a warning to other users that there is something they need to be aware of when servicing a client?
Maybe it is to let the Staff Member know that there is an aggressive dog at the clients home, an access code required to enter the property, or you must attend with two consultants at every appointment due to client behaviour.
Well now you can add these alerts directly to each Case, making staff fully aware of pertinent information relevant to delivering services to clients!
Providers using iinsight, can now easily set alerts on case files to ensure important information is not overlooked or missed. These notifications can be tailored to different areas of the iinsight platform, such as the Case List, Timesheets, Appointments, and even our Mobile App and the upcoming Safety App.
With the ability to enable or disable each notification as needed, providers can customise their experience in iinsight to suit their business needs. The Alert Message Popup ensures that Staff are aware of important information while working in the system, and the added Column in the Case List table and icon next to the Case title make it easy to quickly identify cases with alerts.
The new Settings tab for cases also allows for easy control of all the different functions and settings related to cases, keeping everything in one convenient location. With these new features, iinsight is now even more versatile and user-friendly, providing our clients with a more efficient and effective case management solution.
New User View permission for the case "Settings" tab
The ability for a user to access the new Settings tab on a case, is controlled in a similar way to other case tabs via a new permission "Can view the Settings Tab", which can be set in the Admin > Manage Users > User View area:
When enabled, the user will be able to view and access the Settings tab on a case file.
If disabled, this will be hidden in their view when accessing cases in the case list.
New Case "Settings" Tab
A new tab for Settings has been added to the case in the Case List view:
A number of existing fields relating to the settings of the case, such as the SMS and Email reminder options, and Financial Template settings have been moved here; as well as the new Case Alert options:
Setting Case Alerts
The new Settings tab has a checkbox to enable a Case Alert:
When the Enable Case Alert checkbox is ticked, additional options are displayed for you to set the Alert Message and in what areas of the platform this should be displayed:
By default, when first enabling the case alert, all notification areas will be enabled. Should you not require the alert to be displayed in a certain area these can be disabled individually using the checkboxes below the Alert Message box.
Displaying Case Alerts:
For any case where a Case Alert is enabled, a red Alert Icon will appear next to the Client Name at the top of the case list table:
And on any appointment / calendar entry linked to the case:
Clicking on this Alert Icon will display the Alert Message:
In addition, there are 2 new columns available in the Case List Table:
Case Alert
Case Alert Message
Which will show if an alert is active on a case, and provide the details of the alert message respectively in the case list table.
The Alert Message will automatically popup and display to a user in the following areas, based upon the settings applied in the case Settings for the Case Alert, whenever one of these conditions is met:
In the Case List area when the case is selected/opened
In the Timesheet area when the case is selected for billing
In the Appointment area when the case is selected for an appointment
In the Mobile App when "checking in" to an appointment with the client
The Alert Message has the option for a user to select “Don’t show me this message again today”:
If this is selected prior to closing the alert message, the alert for this case will not be shown again to the user for the remainder of that working day.
PLEASE NOTE: This will only mute this specific case alert, other cases alerts will still be displayed should they trigger, and the next day this alert will be unmuted and displayed to the user again when the alert conditions are met. |
