Minimum Requirements for Mac:
- Mac OS version 10.12.5 or above
- Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 or above
If your PC meets the minimum requirements, please download the iinsight Office Add-on for Mac and the iinsight templates for Mac located under the Help Icon in iinsight as shown below:
Then please try and open a word document in your iinsight Documentation Tab as shown below:
If the document now opens your installation was successful, otherwise you may need the File association fix for Mac:
