The User Details Tab

The Admin menu is used for maintaining and updating user information. The left pane displays all users, similarly to the case list displaying all cases. The right pane displays information relating to the selected user highlighted on the left pane.

The specific fields shown in this tab are:

User ID/email

The Username ID or contact email address of the user.

Second Email

The second email address of the user

First Name

The first name of the user.

Last Name

The last name of the user.

Title

The title, or salutation, of the user.

Phone

Phone number of the User

Mobile

Mobile number of the User

Selected Teams

To select a team simply type the name of the team in the drop-down selection and select the teams.

Remove

To remove a user team from the list simply select the team and click on the 'Remove' button.

Sort

To sort the team's list in alphabetical order press the 'Sort' button.

Access States

Disable

This will disable the user from accessing the Iinsight application.

Without Login Ability

This will create a new user however without any login ability

With Login Ability (remember to set a password)

This will allow the ability for the user to login with the option to set a password or for a password change on their first login attempt.

Force to change the password on the next login.

This option will force a password update on the user's next login attempt.

Untick to reset MFA

This option is used to reset the MFA

Job Title

The Job title of the user for example; treating doctor, employer, etc

Qualifications

The qualifications of the user for example; Degree, Bachelor, etc.

Provider Registration

Determines any unique provider number associated with the provider of the services grouped as being billable within this category.

Medicare Provider Number

Consultant ID

This field is used primarily for Comcare Service Level Contracts where a Consultant ID is a required field in invoices and plans.

Hourly Raate, Apply GST, Super Rate

To display the user's Hourly Rate, Apply GST, and Supper Rate

User Profile

This option is used to set the User Profile

User Type

This option is used to set the User Type for example; Team Leader, Trainee, etc.

Appointment Availability & Location

Record User's Location

This option is used to record the user's location

To show the user in the Appointment Area

This option is used to show the user in the Appointment area

Block user availability in the Appointment Area

This option is used to block the user from the Appointment Availability

Locale

This option is used to select the Local language for the user

User Location

This option is used to save the user's location

Work Time

Time zone

To select the user's Time Zone (+GMT) go to the drop-down menu and select from the options.

Custom

To select a custom work time simply make a change to the default (from or to) times.

Business Division

This option will select the normal business times from 8 am to 7 pm.

All

This option will select have no time restrictions open for 24 hrs.

Consultant Availability

Custom

To select a custom work time simply make a change to the default (from or to) times.

This option will select the normal business times from 8 am to 7 pm.
