After confirming the documents to include in the transfer, the next stage is to select the contacts on the case that you wish to send the transfer to.

IMPORTANT: to send a transfer to a 3rd party, they must either be the "client" (case individual), outlined as the "Next of Kin" (in the NOK fields on the case), or a "Contact" on the case.

To add a contact to the transfer, click the + icon next to the contact name in the list of contacts on the right side of the window:

Selected contacts will show on the left of the window:

To remove a contact that has been added to the transfer by mistake, click the bin icon to the right of the contact in the Contact(s) list:

If a new contact needs to be added to the case to send the transfer to, this can be done directly within the New Secure Transfer window without needing to exit to the case, by using the + New Contact button:

IMPORTANT: Please note to be able to add a new contact in the Secure Transfer window, a user must have the appropriate user permissions to be able to create contacts on the case.

Once you are happy with the contact(s) selected, click Next at the bottom of the page to proceed with the transfer.
