Selecting Documents to Transfer

PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to send both Case Notes and existing Documentation in the same iSecureLink transfer (instead of 2 separate links), first select the Case Notes to transfer, and then add the required existing documentation to the transfer in at stage 1 of the transfer wizard when Confirming Documents to Transfer.

Either single or multiple documents can be selected in the Case List > Documentation tab to send via Secure Transfer by clicking on the document in the table (for a single document), or using the checkboxes in the first column of the table (if selecting multiple documents):

When you have the required documents selected, click Secure Transfer in the context menu at the top of the documentation table:

This will take you to to the New Secure Transfer wizard where the selected document(s) will be added to the table to transfer for you to confirm and send.
