Managing iSecureLink Document Transfers

iSecureLink Transfers that have been sent can be monitored and managed in the Secure Transfers area of the platform found in the main menu:

This area will display a list of all transfers (user permission dependent), in a table:

This table includes the following columns:

  • Transfer ID

  • Title

  • Status

  • Date Sent

  • Expiry Date

  • Downloaded Date

  • Contact (who the transfer was sent to)

  • Case Number

  • User (who sent the transfer)

The audit log containing more detailed information on the transfer (such as the documents contained and the authentication method), can be seen by selecting the transfer in the table, and clicking the Details button at the top left of the page:

This information can also be seen in the Case List > Case Notes > Case Log on the case that the transfer was sent from, as well as a log of when the transfer was downloaded:

Should a transfer need to be cancelled and recalled, this can be performed by selecting the transfer in the table and clicking Cancel Transfer at the top of the table:

IMPORTANT: please note this can only be performed if the transfer has not yet been downloaded.
