Access to the Secure Transfers area of the platform can be controlled by several User Access permissions on the user accounts and user profiles.
Firstly, access to the Secure Transfers area can be enabled or disabled, via the "Can Access the Secure Transfers section":
If a users access to the "Secure Transfers" area is "Enabled", then 3 additional permissions are able to be selected:
Can view & manage own transfers
Will allow the user to see only Secure Transfers they themselves have sent from the platform.
Can view & Manage ALL transfers
Will allow the user to see ALL Secure Transfers sent by ALL users on the platform
Can view & manage transfers assigned to this employee's team(s)
Will allow the user to see any Secure Transfers sent on cases linked to the team(s) they are assigned to.
