Accepted Conditions and Formats for SMS out of iinsight
Location to Mobile number field:
The Mobile Number needs to be stored in the Case>Client Tab under the "Mobile" Field:
Valid Conditions and Formats for SMS out of iinsight
The system compiles a few different formats and can be used as valid mobile numbers fields that are listed below.
Spaces between will send SMS (E.g. "0401 010 010")
Having a + at the beginning of the phone will send an SMS (E.g. "+61401010010")
Not having the country code at the beginning, will send an SMS (E.g. "0401010010")
Storing any Letters to the Mobile Number field after the number will auto-remove the
Letters (Dad) but will send SMS if Number format is correct (E.g. "0401010011 (Dad)β)
Examples:
NUMBER: 0401 010 010 will be sent to +61401010010 successfully
NUMBER: +61401010010 will send to +61401010010 successfully
NUMBER: 0401010010 will be sent to +61401010010 successfully
NUMBER: +61401010010 (dad) will send to +61401010010 successfully
Not Accepted Conditions and Formats for SMS out of iinsight:
The below-listed formats are not considered to be valid mobile numbers.
Having the country code at the beginning but without the ( + ) symbol in front, will NOT SEND SMS (E.g. "61401010010")
Storing any Australian Mobile Number to the "Phone1" Field, will NOT SEND SMS
Storing any Letters to the "Mobile Number" field after the number, will auto remove the Letters (Dad) but will NOT SEND SMS as Number requires (+) in front (E.g. "61401010011 (Dad)β)
Storing any Non-Australian Mobile Number (+591 or other countries) in the Mobile Number Field, will NOT SEND SMS
Examples:
NUMBER: 61401010010 will TRY TO send to +6161401010010 but will fail
NUMBER: 61401010010 (dad) will TRY TO send to +6161401010010 but will fail
NUMBER: +59101010010 will TRY TO send to +6159101010010 but will fail
