Sending Documents Using Email Templates Feature
There is now a “Sending Documents Using Email Templates Feature” available, whereby, you can now send documents via email based on user-defined email templates to case's contacts making your work easier and safer.
You can load email templates when composing new emails.
Attach documents to the email.
The Case Log will show the following:
That an email was created.
Sent/attached document names.
Contact names and emails addresses.
New Email Template Creation
To create a new Email Template you go to the Templates Menu/Email Templates tab/+New

Email Template Subject Creation
To create an Email Template Subject, please go to the Templates Menu/Email Templates/Subjects tab/+New whereby you create the Subject and can link a variable such as Case Number to this.
There is a “Default” checkbox to make this subject the “Default” subject for the selected Email Template :

Sending Documents Using Email Templates
You can now send Documents from the Case List/Documentation tab via the Email Doc button using Email Templates and Email Subjects you have created in the Emailed Templates menu:

Emailed Document Saving In The Documents Tab
To enable you to Save a copy of a generated email in the Case List/Documentation Tab you need to go to the Options menu/Documents/Document Saving Options tab and select the “Save a copy of the generated email in Documents” checkbox, selecting the “Status” and “Document Labels” dropdown menus if appropriate:

Export button available in the Message Centre/Monitor Your Team tab/Team Tasks/Appointments
There is now an Export button available in the Message Centre/Monitor Your Team tab/Team Tasks/Appointments and Completed Team Tasks Appointments:
