For Windows 10 users if your Outlook Drag and Drop stops working please right-click on the Google Chrome icon select Properties/Compatibility, then check if the default setting for “Run this program as an administrator” is ticked as below:
If ticked, please untick “Run this program as an administrator”, then Outlook ‘Drag and Drop’ should continue to work again.
