Office 365 SMTP Settings
When linking your Financial Email account via SMTP then below outlined fields under the SMTP header in the need to be completed for the link:
Server
TLS Port
User
Password
Email From
For Office 365 the default details required are as follows:

User | *your email address* |
Password | *your email account password* |

Using your Email Account Password
The most up-to-date "modern" authentication for Office 365 accounts just needs to you utilise your standard 365 email account password (the one you would log into your email via the Outlook online web app with), in the SMTP settings and no "App Password" setup is required.
Please attempt to use your usual email account password first in the SMTP settings when linking this to iinsight®.
Should using your standard email password fail when you test the email settings, please follow the instructions outlined below on how to set up an "App Password", and use this in the SMTP settings on iinsight® instead.
Setting up an "App Password" in Office 365
When entering the Password this is NOT your usual email address password and needs to be a "App Password" that is used uniquely for IINSIGHT.
An "App Password" can be setup in your Office 365 settings under Additional Security Verification > App Passwords (https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/AppPasswords.aspx).
When in this area you can create new "App Passwords" using the create button:
In the "Create app password" popup window set up a Name for the password and click next:
