Editing a Workflow
Updated over 8 months ago

The second key tab of the workflow creation process is the 'Edit Workflow' tab, which allows the user to delete nodes that have previously been added to the workflow, or to 'redirect' a link relationship currently present between any two nodes by re-defining the beginning and end points of the link relationship.

The process of deleting a node is simple and only requires that the user select one or more unnecessary nodes before clicking 'Delete Node(s)'.

Editing a link relationship is slightly more complex, being composed of two steps:

  1. The user must specify the precise link to be edited by defining both the beginning and end points of the relationship in question. As only one link may exist between any two nodes this will positively identify the relationship to be updated.

  2. The user may select to 'Update' the relationship in question by redefining the beginning and end points before clicking 'Update Link Relationship'.

Alternately, the user may elect to 'Delete' the relationship in question by clicking 'Delete Link Relationship'.
