Other than allowing your team members or case manager permission to view and edit information for certain cases, you can set permission for individual users outside of the team.
To set permission for one or more individual users; go to Case List and select the case you wish to set access for, Click on the Case Tab, Click on the ‘Staff…’ button as shown
Search for the name of the user in iinsight, select the user name, and choose which permissions to grant access to:
Permissions:
Is The Case Manager – Make them the case manager for this case
Can Modify Case Information – Grants access to make changes
Can View Case Information – Grants access to view case information
Clear The User Selection – Removes all permissions for this case
Click ‘Save’ to apply changes.
