Contacts who received an iSecureLink Transfer from iinsight, will first receive an email from the platform outlining they have been sent a transfer, with the following information:
The Title of the transfer
The Users Email Address who sent them the transfer
The Size and Number of Documents contained in the transfer
When the contact clicks on Click here to access your secure transfer they will be redirected to a page their default browser stating they will be sent a 2nd email to authenticate against and access the transfer:
In the authentication email, the contact will be requested to click the link provided to authenticate and access the transfer. This must be performed on the same device and within 5 minutes of the authentication being received:
Upon clicking Authenticate Access in the authentication email, the contact will be redirected to a new page in their browser for them to download the transferred documents.
If a Password was included on the authentication method for the transfer, then the contact will be requested to enter this before they can access the download (if Email authentication only was selected on then the below step will be skipped):
Once the contact has been successfully authenticated, they can download the documents in the transfer by clicking Download Files
