Staff Button UI Change
There is a new look and feel to the Staff Button in the Case List/Case Tab.
The Staff button in the Case List/Case Tab permits you to add/edit supplementary users to an existing case in addition to the Case Manager and assign the appropriate permissions such as ‘Can Modify’ or ‘Can View’ the case.
Please see the screenshot example below whereby the highlighted user is the ‘Case Manager’ and the 3 other users have access to either ‘Modify Case’ or ‘View Case’:
You can also remove users from the case by selecting the ‘Remove User’ option and Save:
Please Note: The Case Manager cannot be modified until a New ‘Case Manager’ is chosen.
New Case Wizard Enhancement
When a new Case is being added the ‘Case Manager’ is the ‘Assigned to’ person by default as below:
Then, if you wish to add any other supplementary users to the case, you can select the ‘Add User’ button below:
You then select the required permission such as ‘Can Modify Case’ and press ‘Add Selected’:
The invoice Number field is now available in the Finance menu/Costs Tab for Invoiced costs
The Invoice number field is now included in the Finance Menu/Costs Tab for Invoiced costs:
As above, the Invoice number field is disabled by default and just needs to be enabled.
When enabled, the Invoice Number will appear in the Finance menu/Costs Tab:
You can then export this new field via the ‘Export’ to Excel button:
This will help accountants keep track of invoiced costs more easily
