IINSIGHT Case List Personal Views/Organisational Views
Consultants will be able to create their own Case List ‘personal views’ specific to their job title or choose the available ‘organization views’.
The creation of views shared by the organization will be permission-driven and there is a new permission in Admin/Manage Users/User Modify called ‘Can modify organization views’ (as below):
An example of this is when a consultant goes to the ‘Fields Edit’ window, enables some useful or required fields in the ‘case list’, and then searches for a particular service contract such as “Comcare” in the search criteria. Then select “My assigned open cases” in the case status filter, giving a name such as “My Comcare open cases” and finally saving as a ‘personal view’.
“My Comcare open cases” will then appear under “Personal Views” in the case status filter dropdown list (as per the below example) and the consultant can click on this view to load that specific customized case list.
For any views that you wish to create as per the previous example already described - after you have selected ‘Save View’ (as marked below), you can then choose the view name (if you have permission to create an ‘organizational view’ that option will also be available, otherwise it will be a ‘personal view):
Once created and saved ‘Organisation Views’ and ‘Personal Views’ will appear under their respective headings in the Case status drop down menu as per the below example:
New Export option in Admin/Manage Users
The ‘Export to Excel’ option has been added for the Admin/Manage User list so you can easily see all your users:
In Admin/Manage Users/Fields Edit there is now a user ‘permissions field’ which can be ‘exported to Excel’ (the user field called ‘permissions’ in the ‘User List’ is disabled by default in ‘Fields Edit’ as below and just needs enabling if you wish to Export the permissions to Excel):
Case Notes Exporting and Printing (ascending or descending)
Case Notes can now be ordered by ‘ascending’ or ‘descending’ order as shown below:
After the choice is made to order Case Notes by ‘ascending’ or ‘descending’ order you can now ‘Export’ the Case Notes to either Excel, Word or PDF:
then you go to ‘Downloaded Reports’
This also applies to the ‘Cost Summary & Clinical Notes Report’ and ‘Print/Preview’ buttons.
