Updated over 8 months ago

Welcome to the better than ever IINSIGHT 6.4.1!

This release brings you the following updates to improve the user experience with both Appointments and Plans:

Further, more detailed information, on each of these elements can be found below.

"Client Name" is now shown in the Appointments Daily View

You can now quickly find to which client each appointment is booked without having to open the appointment. The “Client Name” will be shown on the appointment daily view as demonstrated in the image below:

New Plan Type Icons

A plan can be "scheduled" to commence on a specific date by clicking on the checkbox "Scheduled Plan". To differentiate this from a standard plan, the icon for the plan will change to a clock.

In addition, users also have the option to automatically schedule the plan to activate by clicking on a second checkbox called “Automatically Activate”. When this checkbox is ticked, the system will automatically make this the “Current Active” plan on the nominated start date.

The image below shows the icons for “scheduled plan”, “scheduled plan with autoactivation” and “manually set current active plan” respectively:

To allow you to see the type of scheduled plan without needing to open the plan details, there are also new icons in the Plan/Program table:

  • Scheduled with autoactivation.

  • Past (old) scheduled plans with autoactivation.

  • Scheduled and currently active plans.

The following image shows examples of plans in multiple states:

New Plan Window Layout

Depending on the size of your computer monitor it used to be difficult to see all the plan details required effectively. We now have a new layout that will help to show this information more effectively on a range of different screen sizes.

The new plan window better uses the available screen space requiring less vertical scroll on large screens as shown in the image below:
