Please find more detailed information on these elements below:

Redesign to the Appointment Creation and Edit Windows

The design of the Appointment Creation and Edit Windows have been updated to allow for better visibility and flow of information, while also adding the ability for you to add Case Notes to the appointment.

Please find the new layout of this window below:

IMPORTANT: please note that information entered into the Case Notes area of the Appointment window will appear on the Appointment ONLY, and will NOT show in the Case Notes > User Notes unless a Billing is Saved.

At the point of clicking Save & Add a new billing, you will be asked if you want to transfer the note information on the appointment across to the billing:

If Transfer to Billing is selected, the information in the Case Notes will be transferred across to the linked billing being created and will appear on the billing as well as in the Case Notes > User Notes table on the case file.

If Don't Transfer is selected, the note information will still be maintained, however this will still be held on the Appointment only, and will not transfer to the billing being created nor show in the Case Notes > User Notes table on the case file.

Newly integrated invoice template variables

New variables have been added to the invoice templates to allow for payment, adjustment and refund information to be populated directly onto an invoice.

These will both allow for a detailed breakdown of each of the financial transactions to be displayed on the invoice in their own sub-tables, as well as the totals (including the total remaining / overdue balance on the invoice).

All new variables will be available for selection and use in the iinsight Templates application automatically.

IMPORTANT: if you cannot see the new variables in your iinsight Templates application, please install the latest version for your device from under the Help area in your iinsight platform.

Please find a list of the new variables along with their description below.

Should you require any assistance implementing these variables on your invoice templates, please do not hesitate to contact your local support team who will be able to help.
