QuickBooks Integration
IMPORTANT: please note the QuickBooks Connector is an optional module that can be added to your iinsight standard license agreement.
Please contact your local support team for more information and to enable this service on your platform.
Once your QuickBooks module is enabled, this will allow your iinsight and QuickBooks platforms to communicate, automatically syncing your invoice, payment and adjustment data.

All of your iinsight billing Activities/Items can be assigned to your relevant QuickBooks Products/Services in the Service Contracts via the QuickBooks Ref column:
And the appropriate QuickBooks Tax codes can be applied to your inc. and exc. Tax options in a new "Tax" common list:

Enhanced NDIS Bulk File Report Settings
Inline with the latest NDIS Bulk File submission requirements, the Reports > NDIS Bulk File Report has had a new column for "ABN of Support Provider" added to both the Build and Export options:
In addition, further changes have been made to the report groupings to provide you increased flexibility on the submission grouping options:

We recommend that Providers use the "Charge codes and Date" Grouping Option (the first option within the Group By report filter) only where the Provider is not using Claim Types/Cancellation Reasons (which are enabled at the Service Contract>Options Tab>Enable NDIS Services Selection. Noting: this Grouping is the default applied to this option unless changed manually.
We recommend Providers use the "Charge code, Date and Claim Type" Grouping Option (the third option within the Group By report filter) only where the Provider is using Claim Types/Cancellation Reasons (which are enabled at the Service Contract>Options Tab>Enable NDIS Services Selection).
