Fix for Ad Blocker plugins preventing your access to iinsight
There are various Ad blocker plugins available for different browsers, however, there are some that may cause you a temporary issue when trying to access your iinsight database.
For example, one browser called the Avast browser may cause this problem.
Disabling the Anti-Tracking in your settings fixes this issue:
If you go to the elipse button of the browser:
Then select Settings/Privacy and Security/Site Settings:
Ads section:
You may also “whitelist” iinsight and “Allow” the iinsight url you are using such as https://uk.iinsightonline.com
You may also have an internet browser plugin extension that needs removing - please see the below screenshot example:
