When a user logs in to iinsight, they will see a "Message Center" in the top center of the iinsight window.
Clicking on the Message Center itself opens up a new window with notifications. At the right of the Message Centre is a tally of all messages that pertain to the user, the number is dynamically updated as new entries appear.
Close the window by clicking on the red X.
These notifications indicate a need for action or an alert to notify the user to the following...
A new case has been assigned
The Plan limit is reaching a pre-determined Plan costing level; or a Plan is close to its expiry date. Reminder timeframes for these are set by the Administrator via the Options menu - Reminders.
Workflow actions if a workflow has been enabled for the service contract.
The user can choose to maintain the item in this list or remove it by selecting the iline item by clicking on the white box adjacent and then clicking on Delete. The option to Select All enables a quick way of highlighting all items for deletion or marking as read/unread.
If the user needs to see what's already been completed, click on the "Recently Completed" tab.
If you are a Team Leader, your team's notifications can be viewed via the 'Monitor your team' tab.
The 'Your Overdue Accounts' tab is displayed only for the Accountant or user who has been permitted to view Account reminders. This permission is set at the Admin menu - Manage groups interface and timeframes for reminders are set within the Options menu - Reminders.
Clicking the Green icon of a Workflow Task will 'Go To' that case in the Case List Menu.
