The administrator can adjust the time frames for these notification settings through the Options menu.
Click on the System Reminders tab and enter the appropriate setting for your company. The default settings for iinsight are displayed below.
If you select the Options menu:
This will open the Admin Management Console, then click the System Reminders tab:
The default settings for durability assessments are set here. They can be modified through the Charges menu so that each service contract can be customized with its durability settings.
‘Future cost entry warning after 27 Days’:
This means that if you are adding a cost for a future date, such as 27 days ahead, you will get a warning message that this cost is for a future date, you can change the settings to suit your requirements for the number of days.
