The Case Additional tab can be made optional for the organization if the fields are not required.
The fields that provide drop-down information can be populated via the Options Menu > Common Lists.
If the fields are greyed out (eg the Gender range:), this indicates no entries exist in the Options menu and it is a redundant field for the organization.
