Based on customer feedback, we’ve been improving the iinsight Support Centre to make it easier to use, easier to navigate, and faster to get help when you need it.

The refreshed Support Centre launches on 12 May and is designed to provide a better overall support experience, with clearer information and improved self‑service tools.

What’s new?

The updated Support Centre includes several improvements shaped by customer feedback, including:

  • Updated and improved help content
    Articles have been reviewed and refreshed to provide clearer, more accurate guidance.

  • Improved layout and navigation
    Content is organised more intuitively, making it easier to find answers quickly.

  • A new and improved AI chatbot
    Our enhanced AI chatbot helps guide you to relevant information and support options faster, reducing the time it takes to get answers.

What’s staying the same?

While the Support Centre experience is being refreshed, the way you access support remains the same.

You will continue to be able to:

  • Search help articles

  • Use AI‑assisted support via the chatbot

  • Raise new support requests as usual

There is no change to how new support tickets are lodged or managed by our Support team.

What to expect from 12 May

From 12 May, the new Support Centre will be live.

Please note:

  • Access to historical support tickets will not be available in the new Support Centre

  • All new support requests can be logged as normal from launch day onward

While past tickets will no longer be accessible, the improvements to content, navigation, and AI‑assisted support are designed to ensure you can get help more easily and efficiently going forward.
