Customer Accounts Reports list the transactions for one or more customers and can be filtered to a particular transaction type and date range.
Customer Accounts Detail Reports
The Customer Accounts (Detail) Report allows reports to be filtered by invoices, adjustments, payments, and refunds and can include or exclude transactions from closed cases.
Each transaction is grouped by company and includes the associated case, date, amount, notes, etc, as shown:
Customer Accounts Summary Reports
Creating a Customer Accounts (Summary) report is identical to the Customer Accounts (Detail) report only this report will be a summary of the transactions.
Note: If say 'Payments' was left unchecked when building the report the payments column will still be displayed but with a zero dollar amount. Empty columns can be removed using the 'Fields Edit' button when viewing the report.
